It’s nearly time for Aggie football and the annual Utah Agricultural Products Barbecue, hosted by Utah State University’s College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences. This year’s event is Saturday, Sept. 24, before the USU vs. University of Nevada Las Vegas football game. The barbecue is from 2-4:30 p.m. at Craig Aston Park (1350 N. 800 East, Logan), just north of Maverik Stadium, and kick-off happens at 5 p.m.The barbecue features Utah-grown beef, dairy products, pork, onion rings, salad, lamb, corn, apples, Creamies, and more.
